I have recently partnered up with James Mauk, another incredible movement and embodiment coach to expand the level of care and support we can give to our clients.
Here’s a little bit about what you can expect working with us:
- A commitment of three months
- One hour a day of training for six days a week
- Filming yourself and submitting videos each week for feedback
- Sharing your progress and celebrations with our community of private clients
We are not about tips and tricks, or helping you do crazy stunts with your body. The work we do is 100% focused on helping you build a rock-solid foundation of the fundamentals.
Our goal is to help you build physical freedom and heal your relationship with your body.
If you’ve been hitting a wall with aches and pains or chronic tension through traditional forms of training, this approach will likely be highly nourishing for you.
