Ready to see if online movement coaching is right for you?
“Working with Jonathan I’ve discovered serenity and peace of mind with my body. I’m experiencing greater confidence in my ability to know what my body needs and am building consistent movement habits.
I’m now able to hold a deep squat for the first time ever and have built a consistent movement practice. Both achievements are helping me renovate my future home: I can now lift and carry with good posture and without fear.”
—Alessia Maggi, Professor and wife
If you’re anything like my clients, you’ve probably tried a lot of things to get the results you want with your body. But maybe so far you’ve fallen short and are still looking to experience a true transformation.
I get that it’s not easy to prioritize your body with work, family, and All The Things life demands.
But you still haven’t given up, have you? You’re here, reading this right now, right?
Well, perhaps the missing piece for you has been the support and guidance of a coach.
A coach can offer you:
- A reflection of what’s going on in your body that’s often difficult for you to see yourself
- Accountability for you to stick with what you say you’re going to do
- A personalized program so you’re pushing just hard enough, while also addressing your body’s weaknesses
- The ability to listen deeply to your story, and hold space for you to rewrite it
Hiring a coach is a big step, and a lot of people feel bad they haven’t been able to “figure it out on their own.” I get that, so I’d like to invite you to a no-strings-attached coaching consultation, where I show you a roadmap to physical freedom, strength and greater capability in your body.

Yes, you can have the body you want, despite whatever is currently getting in your way
You want to build a strong, capable, and fearless body that you can depend on. A body that is ready to take on daily challenges without fatiguing or worrying about injury. You want to experience everything life has to offer, but…
Maybe you’ve faced some of the same challenges my clients do…
How do I find time to workout and play, amidst pressures at work, home and family?
How do I stay relaxed in my body while dealing with the daily stresses of life?
Why does it seem like I’m supposed to shame and guilt myself into training to get the results I want?
And is it even possible to have a strong, mobile, unbreakable body with the injuries I’ve experienced, how long I’ve been sedentary, or whatever other ways I’ve neglected my body?
Yes it is possible. And you can learn to move your body again in a way that restores you, that doesn’t take all day, and that actually leaves you feeling better.
But more importantly I want to say that I see you.
I was struggling with many of the same things for years.
- I struggled with tension and pain while spending too much time at a desk and on my phone
- I shamed and guilted myself to do tedious workouts that often left me feeling worse
- I tried to fix my posture with lots of stretches, but nothing seemed to produce lasting results
By investing a lot of time and resources into my physical education, I began to find a path back to physical freedom. I actually feel better now in my 30’s than I did in my early 20’s.
You’re probably wondering at this point if you really can create the body you truly want, despite all the challenges you’ve experienced.
Yes. You can.
I’m not going to lie to you. It’s going to take some work. But it can be incredibly fun, too.
If you’re ready to invest in the future of your body, and put in the work, I’d love to explore working together.
Are you someone that struggles to prioritize movement?
My clients are busy professionals and purpose-driven entrepreneurs. They have no problem working hard, but they often struggle with making caretaking for their bodies a priority.
By getting to know what works for you, we’ll build healthy movement habits that are stacked into your life. Over time, moving your body and taking care of it will become a thing you have to fight to not do.
The difference with my approach and the workout-of-the-week fitness industry is that we’ll be focusing on creating a lifestyle of movement and habits that become a fixture of your life.
What does a coaching consultation look like?
In our session, I’ll start by getting to know you and your unique body. I’ll ask targeted questions to learn about your biggest roadblocks, what’s not working and get a feel for your movement history. We’ll dive into where you really want to go and create a plan for getting you there with simple, easy to implement steps.
At the end of our session you can start implementing and getting results immediately, whether you decide to hire me or not.
What does online coaching with me look like?
Most trainers focus only on exercises for you to perform in sets and reps. That’s nice, and it can produce some results. But in my opinion, it’s not enough.
You won’t get lasting results until you address whole life.
That is, your mindset, your habits at work, your recovery, your environment. All of it is affecting and shaping your body right now.
This is what you can expect from online fitness coaching with me:
- A detailed movement assessment session looking at your body, where you’re strong, where you’re limited, and what needs to be aligned
- Customized, safe natural movement programming based on your specific needs, lifestyle and level of fitness
- Suggestions and guidance on building habits, and making a healthy, supportive movement environment
- LIVE video coaching sessions to help you stay accountable and on track (no filming videos and dealing with uploading)
- Support and space-holding to help you move through old stories and limiting beliefs about your body
I work with you on developing greater mobility and freedom of movement in each of your joints through targeted mobility routines, lifestyle and mindset changes. We rebuild your body from the ground up, so any gains you make are built on a foundation you can trust.

What my clients say about working with me
“I have had several private training sessions with Jonathan and found his playful, warm and intentional style energizing and confidence building.
He explores the world with a thoughtful curiosity that is truly inspiring, and with his encouragement I am climbing more trees, traversing more moss covered creek beds, and bringing a greater sense of play to my time outdoors than I have experienced in many years.”
—Daniel Addy, Massage therapist and performer
I haven’t been happier than in probably the last 10 years. Everything is falling into place in my life. Since working with Jonathan, my confidence has shot up, and I’m more motivated than ever.”
—Orlando Maldonado, Climber and husband
“I’ve always struggled with standardized gym routines and fell out of them quickly due to boredom. The training gave me a whole new confidence in myself and what my body was capable of. I realized that things I thought would take months to achieve would only take weeks. I learned how to be curious and playful, yet mindful and calm. At the end of each day, I was always so grateful for the training and walked away a better man. Thank you for everything – I will carry the lessons I learned with me every day.”
—Coen Vazquez, Office Manager and uncle
